This department is headed by Bursar. It is charged with the following functions:

  • Ensuring timely collection of revenue,
  • Ensuring an up to date record of accounts,
  • Ensuring that the College operates within its budget,
  • Preparing annual budgets,
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance reports,
  • Preparing and reviewing the accounting Manual, and
  • Preparing financial management reports.
